This lavender has nine small petals on each stem. I revised the pattern dozens of times to find the right proportions. Even a slight increase in petal size made it look heavy, and a slight decrease made it look too sparse. After many attempts, I found the balance I was looking for — two small leaves at the base that wrap around the stem just right.

Attaching each petal one by one is actually one of my favorite parts of the process. I usually put on a podcast and enjoy the time. I hope this lavender finds a good home.
