Please send us a direct message (DM) on Instagram with your wedding date and the type of flowers you would like. We highly recommend ordering a colour swatch before finalizing your order.

Since colours in photos may differ from the actual flower colours, confirming the swatch will help you finalize your bouquet colour and design. Once the initial consultation is complete, we will inform you of the available preparation date.

We kindly request that you place your order two months prior to your wedding date. If your wedding is less than two months away, please contact us first to discuss availability!

The total price is calculated as follows:

• The cost of each individual flower and leaf
• A bouquet assembly fee ($40–$60, depending on the complexity of the bouquet)
• Additional charges may apply for extras such as artificial berries or other special embellishments

Yes, absolutely! You should first select your main flowers, and then let us know your desired bouquet style (e.g., Round, Cascade). Please note that the assembly fee will vary depending on the style you choose.

Yes, it is possible.

• Production Time: Custom orders that require creating a new flower pattern or using a unique color of felt take a significant amount of time.
• Recommendation: To ensure smooth production, we recommend contacting us at least three months in advance.

Yes, you can! Simply let us know the flowers or colours you have in mind, and we will create them for you.

Once your order is confirmed and the final price is agreed upon,

• We will send you a link to the website payment page.
• You can complete the payment using a credit card via that link.
• E-transfer is also available as a payment option if you prefer.
• For orders up to $200, full payment is required at the time of booking. For orders exceeding $200, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your order, with the remaining balance due upon completion

Both delivery and pick-up are possible.

• For delivery, a separate shipping fee will apply, and we will provide you with the details.
• For Pick-up: You can pick up your order directly at the Sowon's Artist Table, located inside the Granville Island Public Market.
