Each flower is hand-shaped from wool felt, petal by petal. No two are exactly alike.

Unlike fresh flowers, they don't wilt. With gentle care, they stay as they are for years — a keepsake, not just a gift.

Individual flowers and ready-made pieces are available directly at sowon.ca. For custom pieces, send us a message on Instagram @sowon_van or through our website contact form, and we'll guide you through the process.

We ship across Canada, the US, and worldwide. Some pieces are ready to ship, while others are made after your order is placed. Most orders are ready to ship within a week. If your piece requires additional time, we'll let you know.

Yes. You can find Sowon at the Artist's Table inside Granville Island Public Market in Vancouver.

We accept card payments through our website. Cash is also accepted when visiting us at Granville Island.

Made-to-order pieces can be returned within 14 days if unused; return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Personalized or custom pieces are final sale once production begins.
Damaged or incorrect orders are always replaced or refunded at no additional cost. Full details are available on our Refund Policy page.

Yes. Share the colors, flowers, or occasion you have in mind, and we'll create something specially made for you.

Please send us a direct message (DM) on Instagram with your wedding date and the types of flowers you are interested in.

We recommend ordering a colour swatch before finalizing your order. Since colours may appear differently in photos compared to the actual felt flowers, a swatch allows you to confirm the colours and finalize your bouquet design with confidence.

Once the initial consultation is complete, we will let you know the available preparation timeline.

We recommend placing your order at least two months before your wedding date.

If your wedding is less than two months away, please contact us first. We would be happy to check availability and discuss what may be possible.

The total price is based on:

• The cost of each individual flower and leaf
• A bouquet assembly fee ($40–$60, depending on the complexity of the design)
• Additional charges for special details, such as artificial berries or other embellishments

Yes, absolutely.

We recommend choosing your main flowers first, then sharing your preferred bouquet style (such as Round or Cascade). The assembly fee may vary depending on the complexity of the style.

Yes, we can.

Custom orders that require a new flower pattern or a special felt colour require additional preparation time.

For these pieces, we recommend contacting us at least three months in advance to allow enough time for design and production.

Simply let us know the flowers, colours, or style you have in mind, and we will create pieces to complement your wedding.

Yes.

Each favor features a single felt flower with a small tag personalized with the bride and groom's names — a keepsake your guests can take home.

Once your order is confirmed and the final price has been agreed upon, we will send you a link to complete your payment.

Payment options include:

• Credit card through our website payment page
• E-transfer, if preferred

For orders up to $500, full payment is required at the time of booking.

For orders over $500, a 50% deposit is required to reserve your order, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

Both delivery and pick-up options are available.

For delivery, a separate shipping fee applies, and we will provide the details based on your location.

For pick-up, you can collect your order directly from Sowon's Artist Table inside Granville Island Public Market in Vancouver.

Wedding pieces are made to order and final sale once production begins. The deposit is non-refundable, as it reserves your production date.
