Eucalyptus

I wanted to capture the light, airy arrangement of eucalyptus leaves in felt. I started by cutting simple round leaves and attaching them to the stem, but the rhythm I was imagining just wasn't there.

The hardest part was deciding on the size of each leaf. Even a small change threw off the overall balance. After a lot of trial and error, I finally landed on a pattern where leaves of different sizes work together in the most natural way.

This eucalyptus branch pairs well with any flower. It works quietly in the background, letting the main flowers shine while adding a natural flow to a bouquet or arrangement.
